Nominate Someone for a Board AwardKnow a parent, educator or professional who goes above and beyond to support families? Help us recognize their contributions by nominating them for a Connecting for Kids Board Award. Nominations close Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026. 
Professional AwardDescription: Given to a pediatric professional who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Criteria: This professional must go “above and beyond” their regular job responsibilities to educate and support families in Cuyahoga and/or Lorain counties. The nomination should include specific examples. Nominate a ProfessionalEducator AwardDescription: Given to an educator who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Criteria: This educator must go “above and beyond” their regular job responsibilities to educate and support families in Cuyahoga and/or Lorain counties. The nomination should include specific examples. Nominate an EducatorParent AwardDescription: Given to a Connecting for Kids parent who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child.
