Connecting for Kids Resource Fairs: Vendor Information

Connecting for Kids resource fairs offer opportunities to showcase your program or service with families living in Northeast Ohio who have a concern about their child.

  • Three in-person events - east, west and Lorain!
  • Tables and grab & go options available to fit your needs.
  • Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Registration Timeline

  • Sponsor registration opens
  • Sponsorships close
  • Table and grab & go bag/flier table registrations open
  • Sponsorship payments due; vendors who have not paid as of Jan. 8 will not be listed on the electronic event flier
  • Table and grab & go bag/flier table registrations close and payments are due for both
  • Sponsor fliers due to CFK (pick-up fee $50)

Vendor FAQ

What’s in the in-person bag?

Each family who attends a resource fair in person will receive a tote bag with information from fair sponsors. Sponsor materials are collected prior to the event and placed together in a re-usable folder.

Families are encouraged to visit the tables at the fair and select materials from other vendors to add to their bags. A flier table is also available for materials from vendors who only participate in the grab & go.

What’s in the grab & go bag?

Families who are unable to attend the event in person can pre-register and pick up a grab & go bag outside the event. These bags include:

  • Sponsor folder
  • One printed item from each participating in-person vendor
  • One printed item per grab & go vendor
