Cleveland Clinic Center for LGBT Care and Gender Understanding, Identity, and Expression (GUIDE) Program
GUIDE provides education, support, psychological services, pediatric endocrinology services (for possible hormone suppression and/or hormone treatments), psychiatric consultation, and gynecology and urology services.
Colors+ Youth Center
Local nonprofit. Created by licensed professional clinical counselors, COLORS+ is a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth to feel safe and be themselves. Colors+ Counseling, LLC provides drop-in hours and individual, couples, and family counseling services to the LGBTQ+ and ally community.
Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN)
National nonprofit with local chapters. GLSEN advises on, advocates for, and researches comprehensive policies designed to protect LGBTQ students as well as students of marginalized identities.

Gender Spectrum’s mission is to create a gender-inclusive world for all children and youth.
LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland
Local nonprofit. Offers support, education and celebration to enrich the lives of the LGBTQ+ community in Northeast Ohio, including student support, training and advocacy.
Organization dedicated to assisting transgender and nonbinary people in need.
META Center, Inc.
Organization that creates regular programming for transgender and gender non-conforming youth ages 7-19. Through providing affirmation to one of society’s most vulnerable, META Center Inc. works to create social change and foster acceptance.
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG)
National organization with local chapters. PFLAG is the first and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies.
The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.
