Share & Support: Five Steps to Create Calm- For Families of Children with Complex Needs

Share & Support is an interactive support group where caregivers can meet other families facing similar concerns. During this session, Connecting for Kids staff will focus on mindfulness tools to help regulate caregiver emotions and bring a sense of calm to the home. Parents will have the chance to learn techniques and coping tools while connecting virtually.

This is a psychoeducational peer support group. Register and you will be emailed information about how to join the program via Zoom. This program is for adults only. Due to grant funding, this program is open to residents of Northeast Ohio.
