5K Route Information

Starting Address: Liberty Playground 6363 Selig Blvd, Independence, OH 44131

The 5K route loops around the ball fields before traveling east through Elmwood Park. It then continues south on Pete Wisnieski Parkway to Selig Blvd. After traveling west on Selig Blvd., the route turns south on Vineyard Road and loops to the west, behind the middle school. The route continues west through an unpaved section behind the high school before turning north.

After traveling past the sports fields, the route turns east on Selig Blvd. and then turns south for another loop of the middle school. The final leg travels north on Vineyard Road, across Selig Blvd and back north on Pete Wisnieski Parkway. After turning west between the pool and Elmwood pond, the route does a final loop of the ball fields and crosses the finish line.
