Linden Park (Rocky River, OH)

3600 Linden Rd, Rocky River, OH 44116

Park Website: rrcity.com
Hours: Daily, dawn-dusk
Restroom: Yes (open on a seasonal basis, generally from mid-April to October)
Fenced: No
Roadway/Water Nearby: Roughly 200 yards from Linden Rd. The street has some traffic but was not terribly busy.
Adapted Equipment: None

Parent Comments: This playground sits between tennis and basketball courts and features play areas for both preschool and elementary aged children. Parking is paved and a sidewalk takes you to the park (and a small picnic shelter) but it is not possible to get a stroller/wheel chair into the playground easily. The elementary age climber includes a large tree-house structure that is the highest off the ground we've ever seen. It also offers climbing walls and big slides. Plenty of shade and great vantage points from benches surrounding the playground make it easy to keep an eye on kids.

The tree house structure is easily 12 feet off the ground - something to keep in mind if you have a daredevil.
