Share & Support: The Power of Community Support

Do you feel lonely in your caregiving role? Are the day-to-day challenges sometimes too much for you? Would you like to meet other caregivers to share encouragement, experiences and practical tools? If so, join Mother 2 Mother and CFK staff as we find strength, resilience and hope through honest conversations and collective wisdom. We’ll discover how supportive relationships can help us navigate the highs and lows of caregiving. Joy Howard, Parent Mentor from Reaching Heights and ECAG, will also be available to answer questions for parents seeking support.

This is a psychoeducational peer support group for adults only. This program is presented in partnership with Heights Libraries.

Childcare is available for this event for children ages 1-12, but registration is required.
