Have you wondered if there’s more than just surviving your child’s tantrums, fears or angry outbursts? With Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson’s “whole-brain” approach, you can build skills to go from surviving to thriving. Read “The Whole-Brain Child,” then join Karla Fitch, MSW, LSW, of Connecting for Kids, for a book discussion. We’ll talk about brain integration - the key to thriving - and share our favorite strategies from the book. There will be a limited supply of books available for checkout at Westlake Porter Public Library.

This program is for adults only and is presented in partnership with Westlake Porter Public Library, the Rotary Club of Westlake-Bay Village, and a grant from GPD Employees’ Foundation.

Childcare is available for this event for children ages 1-12, but registration is required.
